This Order and Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through www.justyouneed.com are processed, prepared and delivered.
This policy applies to orders placed with Greeze Ltd, trading as Just You Need (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms described in this Order and Shipping Policy.
1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
The order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has already been dispatched.
Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect, including:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your telephone number;
- Your delivery address;
- The products ordered;
- Product sizes, colours or variants.
We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required to verify or process your order.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully authorised.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the following business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. During busy periods, promotional events, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:
- United Kingdom: approximately 7 to 14 business days;
- United States: approximately 8 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery address and ZIP code;
- Other international destinations: approximately 10 to 25 business days.
These delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have expressly confirmed a guaranteed service in writing.
The delivery estimate displayed on the product page, checkout page or order confirmation may be more specific and will apply to that particular order.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- The destination country, region or ZIP code;
- Product availability;
- The location of the fulfilment centre;
- Carrier delays;
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures;
- Public holidays;
- Severe weather;
- Transport disruptions;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
4. Fulfilment Locations
To provide customers with access to a wide range of products, orders may be prepared and dispatched from different fulfilment centres or warehouses.
The dispatch location may depend on:
- Product availability;
- The customer’s delivery destination;
- Warehouse stock levels;
- Delivery efficiency;
- The product or product variant ordered.
The dispatch location does not affect your contractual relationship with Greeze Ltd. Just You Need remains responsible for handling your order and customer-service enquiries.
5. Split Shipments
If your order contains more than one product, the products may be dispatched separately and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.
This may happen when products are stored in different fulfilment centres or when one product becomes available before another.
Where available, you may receive a separate tracking number for each package.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple packages.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs may depend on:
- The delivery destination;
- The products ordered;
- The weight and dimensions of the package;
- The selected delivery method;
- Promotional shipping offers available at the time of purchase.
Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the terms displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed.
7. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take between 2 and 7 business days after dispatch to become active or display its first update.
Temporary periods without tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving or has been lost. Packages may travel between carrier facilities or countries before the next scan appears.
For orders containing multiple packages, each package may have a different tracking number and delivery date.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request an order change or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing, preparation or dispatch.
After an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an undelivered order. You may still have the right to return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
9. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Before completing your purchase, please verify:
- The recipient’s full name;
- The house or building number;
- The street name;
- The apartment, suite or unit number, where applicable;
- The city and state, county or region;
- The postcode or ZIP code;
- The destination country;
- A valid telephone number.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you after the package has been confirmed as returned.
Where legally permitted, additional delivery charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again to a corrected address.
Any refund for an undeliverable order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
11. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Where taxes or duties are collected during checkout, they will be shown in the order total before payment.
Where they are not collected during checkout, the customer may be required to pay applicable import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges before delivery, subject to the laws of the destination country.
Customs authorities and delivery carriers, rather than Just You Need, decide whether these charges apply and determine the amount.
We cannot declare an order as a gift or intentionally provide an inaccurate customs value.
Customs-clearance delays are outside our direct control, but we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
12. Delayed Orders
Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed.
If an order is delayed, we may:
- Provide updated tracking information;
- Contact the delivery carrier;
- Open a delivery investigation;
- Provide a revised estimated delivery date;
- Offer cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law.
Please allow the estimated delivery period to expire before contacting us about a delay.
If the estimated delivery period has passed and your order has not arrived, contact us at greezeltd@gmail.com with your order number.
United Kingdom Orders
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK orders will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
If we fail to deliver within an agreed essential delivery period, or within an appropriate additional period provided by you, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable UK consumer law.
United States Orders
We aim to ship United States orders within the time stated on our Website or in your order confirmation.
If we cannot ship your order within the promised period, we will provide notice of the delay and, where required by applicable law, give you the opportunity to agree to the revised shipment date or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
13. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm that the delivery address on your order is correct;
- Check around the property and any safe delivery locations;
- Ask household members, neighbours or building staff;
- Check for a delivery notice from the carrier;
- Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered early;
- Contact the delivery carrier using the tracking number;
- Contact us if the package still cannot be located.
We may ask you to provide information or documentation needed to open an investigation with the carrier.
A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be issued. This does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
14. Lost Packages
A package will not automatically be considered lost simply because tracking has not been updated for several days.
If a package appears to be lost, we may open an investigation with the carrier. Investigation times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost before delivery, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement, subject to product availability; or
- A refund to the original payment method.
For UK consumers, responsibility for the goods generally remains with us until the order is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
15. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
- The product arrived damaged;
- You received the wrong product;
- A product is missing from the package;
- The quantity received is incorrect;
- The product is materially different from the item ordered.

- Your order number;
- A description of the problem;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the outer packaging;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Any other information reasonably requested to review the issue.
Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed your request, as the carrier may require evidence for an investigation.
Your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.
16. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and accepting delivery where reasonably required.
A package may be returned if:
- Delivery is refused;
- The recipient is repeatedly unavailable;
- The package is not collected from a collection point;
- Required customs charges are not paid;
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
If an order is returned to the sender, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and advise whether redelivery or a refund is available.
Where permitted by applicable law, original shipping costs, return-to-sender charges or new delivery charges may be deducted from or excluded from a refund when the failed delivery was caused by the customer.
This section does not limit your statutory rights where the refusal was caused by damaged, faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
17. Delivery to Shared or Secure Locations
Where permitted by the carrier, an order may be delivered to:
- A reception desk;
- A concierge;
- A mailroom;
- A parcel locker;
- A designated safe place;
- A neighbour;
- Another person authorised to accept delivery.
Delivery to an authorised person or location may be treated as completed delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.
18. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If a product is unavailable, we may:
- Contact you with an updated availability date;
- Offer a suitable alternative, subject to your approval;
- Cancel the unavailable product and issue a refund;
- Dispatch the available products separately.
We will not replace an unavailable product with a different product without your agreement.
19. Delivery Restrictions
We reserve the right not to deliver certain products to destinations where:
- Delivery is unavailable;
- Carrier restrictions apply;
- Import restrictions apply;
- The product is prohibited or restricted by local law;
- The address cannot be verified;
- There is an elevated risk of fraud or delivery failure.
If we cannot complete delivery, we will contact you and refund the affected order or product where appropriate.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather or natural disasters;
- War, civil unrest or terrorism;
- Government restrictions;
- Customs delays;
- Transport interruptions;
- Carrier network disruptions;
- Industrial action;
- Public-health emergencies;
- Failures of telecommunications or transport infrastructure.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep affected customers informed.
Nothing in this section removes any right to cancel or receive a refund where such a right is provided by applicable law.
21. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, faulty products and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
This Order and Shipping Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or state.
